When a client wants artwork that doesn’t yet exist, we can make it exist! Barbara D’Ercole Design wanted a 54”x72” print of a famous Life magazine cover for her client in Los Gatos, but the original cover was too low-res to enlarge to this scale. Steve recreated the cover by obtaining a high-res scan of Neil Armstrong’s original negative from the NASA archive, then overlaying the LIFE logo and title. Here it is coming out of the printer, stay tuned to see this massive stretched canvas when it’s finished!
